In this application, on 22.04.2024, notice was issued to the respondent No.2 and it was directed that the Investigating Officer shall serve the said respondent, with a specific direction to the applicant to furnish a copy of the application to the Investigating Officer. 2.

The office note shows that the service is awaited. There is no clarity whether the applicant did furnish a copy of the application to the Investigating Officer. Hence, the applicant shall furnish a copy of the application to the Investigating Officer. The returnable date is extended to 18th September, 2024, "High on Board."
