After hearing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant relief to the Applicant, Mr. Dilip Mishra, learned Counsel for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application.

Since the charges are already framed on 25th January 2025 itself and as per the statement made by Ms. Poonam Bhosale, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, that the prosecution intends to examine only 8 witnesses, the Trial 25th November 2025
