Since 30th April, 2024, none appeared for the Applicant. 2.

We appoint Advocate Shubam Nabriya to assist the Court in the matter. With his assistance, we have perused the record. The Applicant is seeking regular bail in connection with an offence registered at Khed Police Station vide Crime No.154/2021 under Sections 376(2)(J), 376(3), 354(B), 506, 201 of I.P.C. and under Sections 4, 8, 10 and 12 of POCSO Act.

The medical evidence in categorical terms speaks of the victim being subjected to penetrative sexual assault as denied under Section 3(b) and 4 of the POCSO Act.
