Heard Mr. Taraq Sayed, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He submits that the Applicant is seeking bail essentially on two grounds. Firstly, that the search of the Applicant was not by unauthorized persons and Secondly, the Applicant is in jail for a period of 4 years and 8 months since his arrest on 20th December, 2020. 2.
