The learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of this application, charge-sheet has been filed and in the light of change in circumstance, the applicant desirous to file a fresh bail application before the Sessions Court. In that light, a prayer is made for permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh bail application before the Sessions Court.

In view of the above, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
