DATED : 7th MAY, 2024 P.C:- The learned counsel Mr. Sejpal would submit that, despite his incarceration for last 5 years, in Sessions Case No.1402 of 2019, which is pending before the Additional Sessions Judge (Court No.30), it has not summoned any of the witness and the trial has not yet commenced.

Let the learned APP, seek a schedule of the trial from the learned Judge, as well as the Prosecutor appearing in the matter as it is necessary in the terms of direction of the Apex Court in case of State of Kerala Vs Rasheed (2019) 13 SCC 297 that the schedule of trial has to be prepared in advance and directions have been issued to all the Sessions Court to adhere to this mechanism.
