The the said additional affidavit is taken on record. Since copy of the said additional affidavit was served upon the learned counsel for the Bank today, he seeks time to take instructions in the matter. 3.

Hence, list Criminal Bail Application No.1833 of 2024 along with Criminal Bail Application No.2694 of 2024 on 11th December, 2024, to be included in the "Supplementary Board."
