In this application, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that a co-accused person was granted bail by order dated 18th April 2024 passed by this Court (Coram: M. S. Karnik, J.) in Bail Application No. 4177 of 2023, on the basis of an affidavit/ undertaking given by the co-accused person i.e. the father of the applicant to return amount to the bank in equal monthly installments.

In this application, the wife of the applicant/accused has sworn an affidavit/undertaking on similar lines in order to repay the amount to the bank in equal monthly installments. The said affidavit/undertaking along with documents is taken on record. 3.

It would be appropriate that complainant/bank is before this
