BAIL APPLICATION NO.2694 OF 2024 In this application also arising from the same FIR, the applicant has given instructions to his counsel to make a statement that the amount due from the said applicant i.e. Rs.21,22,000/- (as per the applicant) can be paid to the Cosmos Bank in nine equal monthly installments. 2.
