Applicant is indicted for the offences punishable under Sections 354-A, 376, 328 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and is incarcerated for 3 years. In that view of the matter, Advocate for Applicant shall serve a copy of the Application directly on the Investigating Officer. Investigating Officer is directed to ensure that the same is served on Respondent No.2 and Investigating Officer shall obtain the consent of Respondent No.2 and apprise the same to the Court through the Prosecutor.

On the next adjourned date, once the Investigating Officer informs the above information / status to the Court, further order for appointment of the Advocate for Respondent No.2 shall be passed. 5.
