Heard Ms. Khan, learned Advocate for Applicant; Mr. Pethe, learned APP for Respondent No.1 - State and Ms. Pawar, learned Advocate for Respondent No.2.

Ms. Khan, learned Advocate for Applicant has persuaded me to consider the statement of the victim dated 24.03.2022 appended at page No.15 and juxtaposed it with her supplementary statement dated 27.04.2022 appended at page No.35 of the Application. 3.

After reading the above statements, Mr. Pethe, learned APP has placed before me the Section 164 statement. On going through the same, I direct the learned Prosecutor to give a copy of the 164 statement to the Advocate for Applicant and the appointed Advocate to enable them to consider the same and argue the case.

That apart, Ms. Khan, learned Advocate for Applicant has sought certain directions to provide a legible copy of the Medico Legal Examination Report which is appended at page No.63 of the Application. I have perused the said report and prima facie it is seen that a substantial portion rather the relevant portion of that report is illegible.

Mr. Pethe, learned APP for the State is directed to provide a clear copy of the said report to the Advocate for Applicant and the appointed Advocate within a period of one week from today. Copy of the same may also be placed before the Court. 6.
