Learned APP on instructions submits that witnesses are already examined, except the Investigating Officer, who is scheduled to be examined on 6th December 2024. He submits that most probably the trial would conclude by the end of December 2024.

In view of the above statement and the fact that the trial will be concluded shortly and most of the witnesses are examined, except the Investigating Officer, the application stands disposed of.
