In this case, the bail granted to the applicant by the Order dated 18/6/2015 was cancelled by an Order dated 29/2/2024 in the light of the fact that the applicant failed to abide by the condition No. (iii). As per the said condition, the applicant was to deposit the sum of Rs. 7,50,000/- in the trial court within a period of 60 days of his release. 2.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that now the applicant would be in a position to arrange the said amount. 3.

The applicant is at liberty to arrange such an amount and deposit the same before the trial court within a period of two weeks from today, as per the request made on behalf of the applicant.

The applicant shall deposit the said amount within the stipulated period of time and show proof of the deposit on the next date of listing. 5.

The liberty is reserved for the learned Counsel for the applicant to mention the listing of this application as soon as such deposit is made. 6.
