After arguing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant any relief to the Applicant, Mr. Advait Tamhankar, learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh application if there is no substantial progress in the trial within a period of six months. 11th February 2026

Ms. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP, has informed me that charges are framed on 8th August 2024 and the matter has been listed for compliance on 20th February 2026. 3.

In these circumstances, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and in any event, to conclude the same within a period of six months from the date this order is produced before it.

Permission to withdraw is granted with the aforesaid liberty.

The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
