Learned counsel for Applicant states that in paragraph 7 there is reference to rejection of application of co-accused and direction to expedite the trial. It is stated that this reference is not connected with impugned C.R.No.325 of 2021 registered with Chatushrungi Police Station, Pune, but in connection with C.R.No.271 of 2021 registered with Sangvi Police Station, District Pune. Therefore, learned counsel for Applicant seeks to delete sentence starting from word "Furthermore" up to "in last four months". 3.

Accordingly in the order dated 2nd September 2024, following MANISH SURESHRAO THATTE Date: 2024.12.03 14:03:40 +0530 MANISH SURESHRAO THATTE sentence in paragraph no.7 be deleted and corrected order be uploaded on the official website of Bombay High Court :

2 of 2 501.BA.1861.2024.doc "Furthermore, in the month of June this Court while rejecting the application of co-accused Sachin Walke, had expedited the trial, despite which there is no progress in the trial in last 4 months".

No other correction is sought. Rest of the order dated 2nd September 2024 shall remain intact.
