The learned counsel points out that a co-ordinate Bench of this Court (Coram: N. J. Jamadar, J.) had passed ad-interim order in A.B.A.No.2977 of 2023 in the case of Sunita Joshi who is co-accused in this case. Subsequently, ad-interim relief was granted to another co-accused Avinash Gharat in A.B.A.No.98 of 2024 by this Court on 16.01.2024.

Therefore, as per Notice dated 08.02.2024, this matter would also lie before the same learned Judge. 3.
