Heard Mr. Rathi, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.Sonavane, learned APP for the respondent-State for some time. 2.

In the present case, the Sessions Court has recorded that the applicant is alleged to have come in contact with the main accused Ghanshyam while both were detained for similar offences of fraud and cheating and thereafter, when the applicant was released on bail in connection with another FIR, he is alleged to have committed the present offence.

The allegations in the present case indicate a serious online fraud committed on the informant, who is a senior citizen. There are similar offences registered against the applicant in various police stations at Uttar Pradesh, thereby indicating that he does have criminal antecedents. 4.

It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that a co-accused person has been granted bail, although there was material to show that the part MINAL SANDIP PARAB by MINAL SANDIP PARAB Date: 2024.06.25 18:22:40 +0530 of the amount had found its way to the account of the co-accused person. 1/2

This Court is of the opinion that the charge-sheet and the documents filed therewith are required to be perused before the submissions made on behalf of the applicant can be considered. 6.

The charge-sheet along with the documents be placed on record by the applicant within two weeks from today. 7.
