There are eight applicants seeking bail in these two applications before this Court. They were arrested in January 2024 and according to the learned counsel for the applicant, there is no material to connect the applicants to the alleged offences.

The learned APP submits that since eight applicants are before this Court and the role of each applicant is to be placed on record, appropriate chart can be prepared to assist this Court. The investigation officer is also not present today.
