Heard Mr. Kadam, learned counsel for the applicants in these two bail applications and Ms. Bajoria, learned APP for the respondent-State. 2.
The thrust of the arguments on behalf of the applicants is that even if the material placed on record with the charge-sheet is to be taken into consideration, there is nothing to link the applicants with the alleged offence. To start with, the FIR was registered against unknown persons and the investigating authority claims that it is during the course of investigation that the role of the applicants came to light. 3.
The respondent-State shall file an affidavit specifically focusing on the material, indicating any link of the applicants with the offence in question.

The affidavit be filed on or before 22.07.2024. 5.
To be listed on 24.07.2024, High on Board.
