After arguing for sometime when this Court was disinclined to grant relief, learned Advocate for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to revive his request if the trial is not complete within six months.

Permission, as prayed for, is granted.

The Bail Application is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite examination of witnesses and shall make endeavour to complete the trial within six months from today.
