Applicant has filed the present Bail Applicant for his release on temporary bail to attend the rituals of his elder brother who expired on 02.03.2025. Mr. Icham would persuade the Court to release the Applicant on temporary bail since the rituals are slated to be held next week.

Learned APP is directed to ascertain the veracity of the aforesaid incident as stated in the praecipe and apprise the Court on the next adjourned date.
