These are bail applications filed by the applicants under Section 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973. The matters were taken up for hearing. Learned Advocate appearing for the respective applicants made submissions in support of the prayer for grant of bail. However, after hearing the submissions and upon a prima facie consideration of the material on record, this Court was not inclined to grant the relief as prayed.

At this stage, learned counsel for the respective applicants, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail applications with liberty to file a fresh applications after the evidence of the victim is recorded. The request was made with an understanding of the consequences of such withdrawal. 3.

In view of the above, the present bail applications is allowed to be withdrawn.

However, the applicants shall be at liberty to revive the request for bail after the evidence of the victim is recorded. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
