Apart from these two bail applications, Mr. Shinde learned APP informs this Court that Bail Application No.3132 of 2024 also arises from the same FIR. It is submitted that in the present case, offences under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999 (MCOC Act) are also registered, and therefore, permission is sought to place on record reply affidavits in all the three bail applications. 2.

In that light, Bail Application No.3132 of 2024 is taken on Board. The respondent-State is permitted to file reply affidavits in all the three bail applications on or before 14.11.2024.
