Heard Mr. Paramane, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Kulkarni, learned APP for Respondent - State. 2.

Mr. Kulkarni would inform the Court that order dated 29.01.2025 stands complied with and Respondent No.2 has conveyed her affirmation for appointment of Advocate through the Legal Aid to espouse and represent her cause.

In that view of the matter, I am inclined to appoint Ms. Aafreen Shaikh, Advocate practicing in this Court (Mobile No. 7304024750), through the High Court Legal Aid Services Committee of this Court to represent and espouse the cause of Respondent No.2 forthwith.

Mr. Paramane, learned Advocate for Applicant is directed to serve a copy of the Bail Application on the appointed Advocate since Applicant is incarcerated for more than 6 years. This Bail Application is taken up on priority hearing in view of the request made by Mr. Paramane in the following week.

Considering that Advocate for Applicant has been appointed through the Legal Aid, Mr. Kulkarni is directed to ensure that copy of the charge-sheet is given to both the Advocates namely Mr. Paramane and the appointed Advocate.
