The learned counsel for the applicant submits that while allowing the bail application, inadvertently, the details of the concerned FIR have been recorded wrongly in paragraph Nos.2 and 14(i) of the said order. 3.
In order to appreciate the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the applicant, this Court called for the matter from the registry and it is found that the error has crept in because the concerned FIR was initially registered as FIR No.0221 of 2023 dated 23.05.2023 at Sinhgad Road Police Station, District Pune City. But, subsequently the said FIR was transferred to Koparkhairane Police Station, District Navi Mumbai bearing FIR No.190 of 2023 dated 23.05.2023.

The details of the transferred FIR are found at Exhibit A, which is a copy of the final report alongwith chargesheet in the present case. 5.
In view of the above, the order dated 08.08.2024 shall stand corrected at the appropriate places as follows:
"2.
The applicant has filed this application as he was arrested on 23.05.2023 in connection with FIR No.0190 of 2023 registered on the same date at Police Station Koparkhairane, District Navi Mumbai for offences under Sections 363, 376, 376(2)(n), 323 and 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC). 14(i) The applicant shall be released on bail in connection with FIR No.0190 of 2023 dated 23.05.2023 registered at Police Station Koparkhairane, District Navi Mumbai, on furnishing PR Bond of 50,000/- and one or two ₹ sureties in the like amount."

The order dated 08.08.2024 shall stand corrected forthwith and it shall be uploaded on the website.
