Heard Mr. Sawalkar, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Bajoria, learned APP for Respondent No. 1 - State. 2.

Present Bail Application is listed today in view of the extreme urgency listed in Column No. 14 of the praecipe dated 03.03.2025 by learned Advocate for Applicant on instructions. It is stated in the praecipe that Applicant has delivered a baby boy while in prison and the new born is suffering from a heart complication as stated in the praecipe.

Applicant stands indicted for offences punishable under IPC, POCSO Act, Juvenile Justice Act and ITP Act. She is in incarceration

901. BA-1986-24.docx since 13.09.2023. Applicant is also taking care of another small child while in prison.

Learned APP is directed to take copy of the praecipe and its annexure and accordingly apprise the CMO of the Hospital in Byculla Women's Prison where Applicant is lodged and call for a medical status report about the Applicant's health and her baby's health as stated in clause 14 of the praecipe and place the said report before this Court for consideration. Let the report be furnished within a period of one week from today.

Record shows that this Application is on board since last one year. Respondent Nos.2 to 5 are the victims. It is seen that Advocate Mr. Adarsh N. Mishra is appointed to represent and espouse the cause of Respondent Nos. 2 to 5. However when the matter is called out today, he is not present. He is directed to remain present on the next adjourned date.

Copy of the present order shall be served on Mr. Mishra, learned appointed Advocate by Advocate for Applicant. 7.

Stand over to 11th March, 2025. To be placed under the caption "First on Board."
