Heard Mr. Sawalkar, learned Advocate for Applicant; Mr. Haldankar, learned APP for Respondent No.1 and Mr. Mishra, learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 appointed through legal aid. 2.

The detailed report has been submitted by learned APP dated 10.03.2025. Appended to the said report are detailed medical conditions of Applicant before me. It is prima facie seen that Applicant is having a two and half year old child to care for and also a 10 month old child to whom she has given birth to while in jail. 3.

Reading of the said report prima facie gives an impression that Applicant and her children are being taken care of by the jail authorities in an extremely efficient manner. All services which are

908.BA.1986.2024.doc provided to Applicant, inter alia, pertaining to medical aid, diet, hygiene, nutrition, as also her two children are depicted in detail alongwith regular medical care by the Child Specialist. 4.

In that view of the matter, copy of report is directed to be given to Mr. Sawalkar. Mr. Sawalkar will take appropriate instructions and inform the Court as to whether he would like to press the present Bail Application upon which this Court shall thereafter determine the present Application in view of the treatment which Applicant and her new born baby is receiving through the jail hospital in Sir J. J. Group of Hospital.
