This is a case in which offences are registered under the provisions of Indian Penal Code, 1860, the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. The victims are arrayed as respondent Nos.2 to 5.

Issue notice to respondent Nos.2 to 5, returnable on 30th September 2024 (High on Board).

The respondent Nos.2 to 5 shall be served through the Investigating Officer, for which purpose the applicant shall provide copies of the application to the Investigating Officer within one week from today. The Investigating Officer shall ensure that the aforesaid respondents are served.

The High Court Legal Services Committee shall provide Advocate to represent the victims/respondents on the next date of hearing.
