After I perused the entire record and heard Mr. Shaikh, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Karmakar, learned APP for the State, I expressed my mind to Mr. Shaikh that this Court is not inclined to grant the present Bail Application, he has persuaded me not to pass any orders on merits and to permit the Applicant to withdraw the present Bail Application.
