In the present Application, Ms. Vrushali Maindad is appointed through Legal Aid which has been received from jail. Today, when the Application is called out she is not present in the Court. Perusal of the Application received from jail shows that the Applicant is incarcerated in prison for the past 11 years. In the present case, C.R. Number is 479 of 2014 registered with Manpada Police Station, Dombivli and RCC Number is 807 of 2014.

Appointed Advocate for Applicant is directed to remain present on the next adjourned date before the Court unfailingly, considering the long incarceration of the Applicant, present Application shall be determined accordingly.

Ms. Bajoria, learned APP appearing in the matter shall take appropriate instructions to ascertain the veracity of the contents of the letter which is the subject matter of the present Application and accordingly apprise the same to the Court on the next adjourned date. 6.

Considering the long incarceration of the Applicant, every endeavour shall be made by the appointed Advocate, Prosecutor to dispose of the present Application as expeditiously as possible. Hence, list the Bail Application on Board on 02nd April, 2024. To be placed on the 'Supplementary Board'.
