In this application, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has already suffered incarceration for more than 71⁄2 years. The respondent No.2 is served and represented by an advocate. It is submitted that the trial is not proceeding before the concerned Court and hence, this Court may consider hearing this application at the earliest. 2.
