Applicant would submit that Applicant was found in possession of 12 bottles of the alleged contraband codeine based cough syrup. There is a discrepancy in the search and seizure memorandum itself. That apart, he would submit that alongwith charge-sheet there is a blank form with the signature of Accused as also the signature of the API.

Mr. Kulkarni, learned APP is directed to take appropriate instructions on the aforesaid submission made by Mr. Kamath and accordingly apprise the Court on the same on the next adjourned date.
