This is the second Bail Application. The first Bail Application was decided by a learned Single Judge [Sarang V. Kotwal, J.]. Therefore, according to the Administrative Order dated 31st August 2023, this Bail Application shall lie before Justice Sarang V. Kotwal. 2.

However, it is to be noted that this Court has granted bail to coAccused by passing the Order dated 15th April 2024 in Criminal Bail Application No.1336 of 2024. At that time, neither learned Counsel for the Applicant nor learned APP has pointed out that the Application of co-Accused has been decided by a learned Single Judge [Sarang V. Kotwal, J.].
