I have perused the order dated 27.01.2025 passed by me. 4.

Mr. Jagtap, learned Advocate for Applicant has persuaded me to reconsider the release of the Applicant on cash bail of Rs.25,000/-. It is seen that in paragraph No.6 of the order dated 27.01.2025 temporary medical bail is granted to Applicant on provisional cash bail of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. It is directed that the sureties may be deposited within a period of four weeks from today.

Applicant shall be forthwith released on provisional cash bail of Rs.25,000/- so that he can thereafter take steps to get himself admitted in the Sir. J.J. Group of Hospital for his operation / surgery. 6.

All concerned shall act on production of a server copy of this order.

This order shall be read alongwith the order dated 27.01.2025.
