Ms. Kulkarni would submit that Applicant has surrendered and is incarcerated in Mumbai Central Prison at Arthur Road. 3.

The orders dated 27.01.2025 and 06.02.2025 stand complied with. Applicant has now surrendered to the Jail Authorities. 4.

I am informed that the medical ailment of Applicant is been taken care of and there is a referral of Applicant to the Tata Memorial Hospital with respect to his medical ailment. 5.

The concerned Jail Authorities namely Chief Medical Officer
