Heard Ms. Singh, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Kulkarni, learned APP for Respondent.

In view of exigency mentioned in praecipe dated 24.03.2025 which has been noted by the Court alongwith Annexures, Application of Applicant shall be taken up for hearing immediately. It is noted that on 09.05.2024, notice was issued to Respondents and Investigating Officer was directed to serve and file report of service on Respondent No.2.

Mr. Kulkarni, learned APP enters appearances for the prosecution.

Ms. Singh is directed to serve a fresh copy of Bail Application on concerned Investigating Officer forthwith alongwith copy of this order. The concerned Investigating Officer is directed immediately to

905.BA.2084.2024.doc depute a responsible lady Police Officer and obtain the consent of Respondent No.2 as to whether she requires legal representation in the case and apprise the Court of the same immediately. 5.

It is prima facie seen that residential address of Respondent No.2 is of West Bengal, South24, Paragana District. The concerned Investigating Officer shall make all efforts to ensure that service is effected and accordingly a report is filed with Court. Let the aforesaid exercise be carried within a period of two weeks from today positively since this Court has shown its inclination to hear the present Bail Application on the next adjourned date as delineated hereinabove. 6.

Ms. Singh has informed the Court that on 11.03.2025, a copy of Application was served on Investigating Officer. She has acknowledgment for the same. If a copy is already served then a fresh copy may not be served but Advocate for Applicant is directed to serve copy of this order before the next adjourned date. 7.
