DATED:- 11th JULY, 2024 PC :- 1) After hearing for some time and showing disinclination to grant bail, the learned counsel for the Applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the present Application. He further prays for grant of liberty to apply a fresh because there is no progress in trial in the future.

2) Considering the period of incarceration of the Applicant and the age of the Applicant, liberty is granted to apply a fresh after one year, if there is no progress in trial. Accordingly, this application is disposed off as withdrawn.
