In these two bail applications listed before this Court, Bail Application No.2096 of 2024 is registered on the basis of a letter written from the jail. Advocate Vaibhav Ramchandra Gaikwad is appointed by the High Court Legal Services Committee to represent the applicant in the said bail application.

The learned APP submits that the applicant in Bail Application No.2096 of 2024 i.e. Kannan Murgesh Tevar is said to be the gang leader and by PRIYA KAMBLI Date:

Although, the said application, in real terms, consists only of the letter written from jail, the learned APP submits that the copy of chargesheet is available and appropriate affidavit-in-reply about role of the said applicant i.e. Kannan Murgesh Tevar can be placed on record. 3.

Reply affidavit in Bail Application No.2096 of 2024 be filed within three weeks from today.
