This is an Application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking Regular Bail in connection with C.R.No.215 of 2020 registered with Tilak Nagar Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 143, 145, 146, 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 504 and 506(II) read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860; Sections 4, 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 and under Sections 37(1)(a) of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951. 3.

There are in all 5 other Accused. Four out of whom have been released on bail. The order dated 25.03.2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.2479 of 2024 is placed before the Court which pertains to one of the co-accused person.

Ms. Yadav, learned APP for the State shall apprise the role of the Applicant to the Court on the next adjourned date so that present Application shall be heard by the Court in view of the parity claimed by the Applicant for grant of bail.
