CORAM : MILIND N. JADHAV, J.
DATE : FEBRUARY 24, 2025 P. C.
:
1.
Heard Mr. Rokade, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Bajoria, leaned APP for State.
2.
After hearing Mr. Rokade, learned Advocate for Applicant and learned APP for sometime and perusing the record, I have expressed my disinclination to grant present Application when Mr. Rokade persuaded the Court to consider long incarceration of Applicant for more than 3 years and 3 months and expedite the trial. 3.
Considering the fact that the trial has already been commenced and two witnesses have already been examined, learned Trial Court is directed by this Court to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible strictly in accordance with law.
4.
In view of the above, Bail Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
