Applicant is indicted for offences punishable under Sections 363, 364, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC'). 3.

The sole ground for persuading the Court is long incarceration of Applicant pending trial. Applicant is arrested on 02.08.2018 and has remained in prison for 6 years, 7 months and 4 days.

On the issue of merit, Mr. Mishra would submit that there is no eye witness to the incident in question.
