Ms. Ambekar, learned APP, points out that the papers have not been served and that, in any case, an earlier application for bail bearing Bail Application No. 3916 of 2022 filed by the very same applicant was dismissed as withdrawn by an order dated 8th March 2024, passed by this Court (Coram: Prithviraj K. Chavan, J.). 3.

In the light of notice dated 8th February 2024, issued by the Registrar (Judicial-I), it was submitted by the learned APP that the present application ought to be listed before the same Hon'ble Judge. 4.

In view of the above, the Registry is directed to list the application before the appropriate Court.
