Heard Ms. Mankoji, learned Advocate appearing for the complainant and Mr. Kulkarni, learned APP for the State. 2.

When the matter is called out none appeared on behalf of the Applicant.

Mr. Kulkarni, learned APP for the State as well as Ms. Mankoji, learned Advocate desiring to represent and espouse the cause of the complainant would draw my attention to Order dated 30th January, 2024 and 13th June, 2024 which reads thus:- Order dated 30th January, 2024:

"1. Learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the application.

2. Needless to say that a detailed order passed by the Additional

19-BA-2149-2024.doc Sessions Judge, Kalyan on 28th July 2022 is a self-speaking order which need not be reiterated in this order.

3. Let the trial be conducted expeditiously and Sessions Case be disposed of by the learned Additional Sessions Judge as per Section 309 of the Cr.P.C.

4. The application stands dismissed as withdrawn." Order dated 13th June, 2024:

"1.

None for the Applicant.

The learned counsel appearing for the intervenor informs this Court that bail application of one of the co-accused was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court (Coram : Prithviraj K. Chavan, J.), by order dated 30th January, 2024, passed in Criminal Bail Application No.2156 of 2021. It is further brought to the notice of this Court that bail application of another co-accused i.e. Bail Application No.1031 of 2024 is also pending.

In view of practice direction / notice dated 08th February, 2024, issued by the Registrar (Judicial-I), list this application before the Appropriate Bench."

From the above orders and the fact that the Bail of one of the co-accused in the matter having been dismissed as withdrawn by this Court (Coram: Prithviraj K.
