Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application for regular bail filed on the second occasion since the first application was allowed to be withdrawn vide order dated 6th September 2023, with liberty to approach this court after a period of six months.

Learned counsel for the applicant submit that as per the chargesheet, incident took place in a spur of moment and there was no intention to cause death. He submits that the applicant is in custody since last four year and even the charge is not framed.

Learned APP submit that he will take necessary instructions from the Investigating Officer. Let the Investigating Officer with all the Purti Parab
