This is the second bail application of the applicant. The first bail by SHRIKANT SHRINIVAS MALANI Date: 2024.12.03 19:16:38 +0530 application was withdrawn on 09th February, 2023, when this Court made it clear that it would be open for the applicant to request the Trial Court for expediting the trial.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that permission may be granted to withdraw this application with liberty to move the Trial Court afresh for bail.
