Heard learned senior counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

While opposing the present application, the learned APP informs this Court that the applicant has criminal antecedents as FIRs for similar offences have been registered against him in Maharashtra, Delhi, Uttarakhand and Karnataka. It is further brought to the notice of this Court that huge amount was traced in the account of the applicant, which was thereafter, allegedly transferred in suspicious accounts.

The respondent-State shall place on record an affidavit giving details of the aforesaid facts and all other relevant facts to assist this Court in disposing of the present application.

The affidavit be filed within three weeks from today. 5.
