In paragraph 12 of the order, this Court has observed that bail application of accused No.9-Mohammed Faaran Khan was already dismissed.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that although by a common order passed on 23rd February 2023, this Court (Coram: M. S. Karnik, J.) had rejected two applications, one of Mohammed Salman Khan and the other of Mohammed Faaran Khan, but, subsequently by clarificatory order dated 17th April 2023, it was specifically clarified that application of Mohammed Faaran Khan bearing Bail Application No. 978 of 2022 was not disposed of and it is still pending.

To that extent, the order dated 19th August 2024 needs to be corrected. Accordingly, in paragraph 12 of the said order, the words "and accused No.9-Mohammed Faaran Khan" shall be deleted. The corrected order shall be uploaded on the website. 5.

Praecipe stands disposed of.
