After hearing for sometime and when this Court was not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application. However, considering the mandate of Section 85 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, the trial Court is expected to expedite the trial. 2.

In the circumstances, liberty is granted to the applicant to file a fresh application before trial Court after nine months if there is no progress in the trial.
