The learned counsel for the applicant specifically submitted that reading the chemical examination report shows that light brownish crystalline powder was received in the laboratory, while panchanama records that powder recovered from the applicant was white in colour. The chemical examination report further records that the powder was Mephedrone and Ketamine. It is the case of the applicant that commercial quantity for ketamine is 500 gms, while in the present case only 65 gms powder was admittedly recovered.

On this basis, it is submitted that the applicant has made out a case for grant of bail.

The learned APP shall take instructions on the specific statement made on behalf of the applicant.
