During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP point out that bail application of the co-accused person was heard and dismissed as withdrawn on 30.01.2024. The said order was passed by this Court (Coram: N. J. Jamadar, J.) in Bail Application No.3704 of 2023.

Perusal of the order shows that after the counsel for the parties were heard, leave was sought on behalf of the applicant to withdraw the application with liberty to revive the prayer for bail if charge was not framed within a period of six months from the date of the order. 3.
